This report summarises the findings from a review of policy and national markets in Tanzania, with the aim of informing the development of a battery-supported electric cooking concept, eCook. Each country has unique market dynamics that must be understood in order to determine which market segments to target are and how best to reach them. It is part of a broader programme of work, designed to identify and investigate the opportunities and challenges that await in high impact markets such as Tanzania.
